Refunds & Cancellation Policy – Astrounique

At Astrounique, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped (whichever is earlier)
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via phone or email.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal/spiritual dissatisfaction (as results may vary)
  • Used or worn products
  • Minor variations in color/design (due to lighting or display differences)

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is received, your refund will be processed
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) within 5–7 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or wrong products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank/payment provider (processing delays may occur)
  • If still unresolved, contact us

7. Important Notes

  • Astrounique reserves the right to reject return/refund requests if conditions are not met
  • Customers may be required to provide unboxing video/photo proof for claims
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
